Backyard BBQ School is a fun, informative and instructional class so you can learn to cook better than restraurant quality BBQ in your own backyard.

     The class is 2 1/2 hours long beginning at 12:00pm and ending at 2:30pm, plus lunch at the end. Each hour includes an instructional period, a 10 minute temperature control period when we make sure our “Pits” are at the proper temperature, and a 10 minute break. During the break period, refreshments will be available to keep everyone going until the “Q de gra.” That means the end, or “let’s eat some BBQ.”
