Construction:
Angle iron diffusers separate the fire from the BBQ.
11 gauge steel frame. 14 gauge steel doors.

1496 square inches of cook space and upgrade to a third shelf and get over 2240 square inches of cook space.
34"x22" fire box at base of unit 36" away from 1st cook shelf. For "low and slow" "open pit" BBQ!
Vents all the way around the base of unit helps to not have to adjust to breezes or lack of breezes. Models with vents on just
1 or 2 sides are always being adjusted to point in to the wind.
Adjustable charcoal shelf slides in just below the iron diffusers for an instant switch from BBQ to Grillin' after the ribs are
done raise the charcoal shelf (with caution and hot pads!!!) up to the grillin level and cook the dogs and burgers for the kids! Wow!
